How to get started with AI productivity tools
Pick one tool and one task. Look for the 20% of your tasks that eat most of your week, usually admin work, and hand those to AI first. Track how much time you save over two weeks, and only then add a second tool. Look for ways to connect tools with what you already use, like Google Drive or Slack.
